Medical Spa in Houston, TX

Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique is a one-of-a-kind medical spa, located in the heart of Houston. The unique, state-of-the-art facility offers a variety of noninvasive services for both women and men.

The sleek modern office is situated between Greenway Plaza and Highland Village. Inside, patients will find a wide selection of physician grade skin care products from Skin Medica and SkinCeuticals, luxurious private rooms for injectables, skincare treatments, before & after photos, as well as consultations.

Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique is also one of the only practices in Houston to have four CoolSculpting machines on site. Normally, an hour of treatment is only able to address a single location, but at Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique, more than one area can be targeted in the same treatment time.

Mirror Mirror Beauty Boutique’s team of professionals works closely with Dr. Paul Vitenas. Located on the second floor, Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery is Houston’s top cosmetic surgery provider.

Real Patient Experience

★★★★★
“I have been going to mirror mirror since they opened. Alan, the manager, is the most professional, accommodating and polite manager I have ever done business with. Alan has always greeted me with a smile, speaking so eloquently and promptly answering and addressing any questions or concerns I may have. I honestly don’t know how he does it with so much consistency!! I highly recommend mirror mirror beauty boutique to meet all your skin care needs! Sharon and JoJo are kind, caring, and have so much experience. They have taken such good care of me over the years and I am just grateful to have found this establishment. :)”

“Mirror Mirror on the wall. You truly keep me the fairest of them all! If you want Botox, this is the best place to go in Houston. Dr. Vitenas is wonderful and amazing at what he does. I have never had an issue and always trust that I am in good hands with him. Now my best friends go to him too because they love the results! Thank you for always keeping my skin flawless and giving me that extra boost of confidence.”

“I’m a 50yo professional woman of color and I’ve routinely visited Dr. Vitenas for fillers since 2018. He is extremely attentive and reassuring. Dr. Vitenas not only corrects my imperfections, he also provides enhancements that refine my natural features. I’m very satisfied with my quality of care because the doctor is a highly experienced clinician who consistently provides excellent customer service. I always leave feeling more confident in my both professional and social pursuits because I look fabulous :-)”
